Boneless Skin On Breast
A turkey breast with bone removed. The remaining skin can help to keep the breast nice and tender during cooking, and the white meat can be used in a variety of recipes and cooking styles. Each piece tends to be around 3 lbs.

Fresh or thawed. Rub breast with oil, butter or margarine and season to taste. Tuck narrow end under to make breast uniform. Preheat oven to 325F and roast for approximately 1.5 hours per kilogram. Minimum internal temperature of 165F.
