Online ordering is available to order your Fresh Turkey, Roast, Parts and Trimmings for pick up March 27 - April 4. Payment is made on pick up and is based on the actual weight of the turkey. Note: Frozen Turkeys are only available first come first serve.
Boneless Skinless Thigh
A turkey thigh with the bone and skin removed; this piece of dark meat can be used in a variety of recipes and cooking styles. Each piece tends to be between 1-2 lbs.

Fresh or thawed: Rub thighs with cooking oil and seasonings. Preheat oven to 350F. Roast for approximately 1.5 hours per kilogram. Recommended internal temperature of 180F.
