Bone In Thigh
The thigh of a turkey provides an excellent piece of dark meat for your meal. Cooking with the bone in and skin on helps to retain flavour and moisture.

Fresh or thawed: Rub thighs with cooking oil and seasonings. Preheat oven to 350 and roast for approximately 1.5 hours per kilogram. Minimum internal temperature should be 180F.
