Online ordering is available for in store pick up and curbside delivery at our retail store in Talbotville and for pick up at The Brantford Farmer's Market booth. All orders are frozen unless otherwise requested.
125gr (1/4 lb) patties ready for the barbecue or the oven. Dress it up with the traditional burger toppings or try them with cheese and sauerkraut; or goat cheese, roasted red peppers, spinach, and garlic mayo; or lettuce, pickles, red onion, and cranberry horseradish sauce blended with mayo; or any delicious taste combination you desire.
BBQ: Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until burgers are slightly thawed. Then cook over medium heat for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and cook approximately 30 minutes.
Minimum internal temperature after cooking should be 165°F.
