Online ordering is available to order your Fresh Turkey, Roast, Parts and Trimmings for pick up March 27 - April 4. Payment is made on pick up and is based on the actual weight of the turkey. Note: Frozen Turkeys are only available first come first serve.
Poultry Gravy Mix (50g)
Ingredients: Modified corn starch, wheat flour, modified milk ingredients, chicken fat, salt, vegetable oil short (soybean), hydrolized corn protein, cultured whey powder, sugar, onion powder, cooked turkey powder, silicon dioxide (mfg aid), caramel flavour, yeast extract, spices, disodium monosinate, disodium guanylate.
Allergens: Dairy, soy, wheat
Cooking Instructions
Add gravy mix to 500 ml liquid (combination of pan drippings and water). Stir to mix. Heat to a boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes.
