Ingredients: Turkey breast, ground turkey, spice, salt
(Fresh or partially thawed)
BBQ: Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes per side
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Broiler: Preheat to 350°F and broil under second level from the top for 10-12 minutes per side.
Minimum internal temperature after cooking should be 165°F.
