1 tbsp vegetable oil 15 mL 
 1 cooking onion, chopped
 1 clove garlic, minced  1 clove 
 1 lb ground turkey 500 g 
 1 Cup taco sauce 250 mL
 1 tsp chili powder   5 mL 
 1 1/2 Cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated 375 ml

In a microwave safe dish, combine oil, onion and garlic. Microwave on high ( 100% ) power for 2 minutes. Stir in ground turkey and microwave on medium high ( 70% power ) for 6 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Stir every 2 minutes. Stir in taco sauce and chili powder. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Divide meat sauce evenly among tortillas, top with cheese. Fold up tortilla style. Place on a circular microwave safe dish, placing thickest part at outer edge. Cover with paper towel and microwave on high for 1 minute or until heated through and cheese has melted.
