| Turkey Spaghetti Sauce |

| 1 | medium onion, chopped | 1 |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced | 2 |
| 1 | can (19 oz. / 540 mL) tomato, coarsely chopped | 1 |
| 1 | can (5 1/2 oz. / 156 mL) tomato paste | 1 |
| 1/2 Cup | water | 1/2 Cup |
| 2 | stalks celery, chopped | 2 |
| 1 | medium carrot, chopped |

| 1 tsp | each, dried oregano and dried basil | 5 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | Worchestershire sauce | 2 mL |
In a small saucepan heat 1 tbsp ( 15 mL ) vegetable oil and saute turkey
with onion and garlic until onion is soft and turkey is no longer pink.
Do not overcook turkey. Add remaining ingredients and season with salt and
pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Preparation Time: 15 Minutes * Cooking Time: 30 Minutes | ||
