Grilled Turkey Scallopini with Dijon Sauce

 

 1/4 lb. turkey scallopini  500g 
 1/4 Cup vegetable oil  50 ml 
 1/4 Cup  honey 50 ml 
 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard  25 ml 
 2 tbsp. lemon juice 25 ml 
 1 clove garlic, minced  
 1/4 tbsp. dried thyme  1 ml 
  salt and pepper   

Combine all ingredients except turkey. Brush on turkey scallopini. Grill over medium heat 2 - 4 minutes each side or until no longer pink in centre. As an alternative, the turkey can be pan fried in i tbsp. ( 15 mL ) vegetable oil for approximately 2 minutes each side.
