| Grilled Turkey Scallopini with Dijon Sauce |

| 1/4 lb. | turkey scallopini | 500g |
| 1/4 Cup | vegetable oil | 50 ml |
| 1/4 Cup | honey | 50 ml |
| 2 tbsp. | Dijon mustard | 25 ml |
| 2 tbsp. | lemon juice | 25 ml |
| 1 | clove garlic, minced | 1 |
| 1/4 tbsp. | dried thyme | 1 ml |
| salt and pepper | ||
Combine all ingredients except turkey. Brush on turkey scallopini. Grill over medium heat 2 - 4 minutes each side or until no longer pink in centre. As an alternative, the turkey can be pan fried in i tbsp. ( 15 mL ) vegetable oil for approximately 2 minutes each side. Preparation Time: 5 Minutes * Cooking Time: 10 Minutes | ||
