| 1 2/3 cup | canned diced tomatoes | 400 mL |
| 3/4 cup | onion finely chopped | 175 mL |
| 1 tbsp | Worchestershire sauce | 15 mL |
| 1 | large egg | 1 |
| 1 tsp | each, salt and basil | 5 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | pepper | 2 mL |

| 2 tbsp | white vinegar | 30 mL |
| 1 tbsp | onion finely chopped | 15 mL |
| 1 tbsp | packed brown sugar ( optional ) | 15 mL |
| 1 tsp | each, dry mustard & Worchestershire sauce | 5 mL |
| 1 drop | Tabasco sauce | 1 drop |
Strain tomatoes, set aside juice. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, turkey, onion, Worchestershire sauce, egg, salt, basil and pepper. Make 6 individual turkey meatloaves. Spread cooking oil in a muffin tin and put in small loaves. Bake in oven at 425 F ( 22 0 C ), 20 minutes. In a small casserole, mix tomato juice and other ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cook for 15 minutes. Remove turkey loaves, cover with sauce. Serve. Makes 6 Servings | ||
