1 1/2 lb ground turkey 750 g 
 1 2/3 cup canned diced tomatoes 400 mL 
 3/4 cup  onion finely chopped 175 mL 
 1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce 15 mL 
 1 large egg 
 1 tsp each, salt and basil 5 mL
 1/2 tsp pepper 2 mL 
 Sauce

 

 2 tbsp white vinegar 30 mL 
 1 tbsp   onion finely chopped 15 mL 
 1 tbsp packed brown sugar ( optional )  15 mL 
 1 tsp each, dry mustard & Worchestershire sauce  5 mL 
 1 drop  Tabasco sauce 1 drop 

Strain tomatoes, set aside juice. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, turkey, onion, Worchestershire sauce, egg, salt, basil and pepper. Make 6 individual turkey meatloaves. Spread cooking oil in a muffin tin and put in small loaves. Bake in oven at 425 F ( 22 0 C ), 20 minutes. In a small casserole, mix tomato juice and other ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cook for 15 minutes. Remove turkey loaves, cover with sauce. Serve.
