Dressing  
 3 tbsp Olive oil  45 mL 
 l tbsp Sesame oil 15 mL
 2 tbsp Honey 30 mL 
 3 tbsp Soy sauce 45 ml
 l tsp Hot pepper sauce 5 mL
 2 tsp Fresh ginger, grated 10 mL 
 Salad    
 8 oz Pasta (i.e.: penne, rotini) 250g  
 l tbsp

Turkey stir-fry strips
500g
 1 Garlic clove, minced

1

 l tsp Fresh ginger, grated
 1/2  Green sweet pepper, cut in strips  
 1/2  Red sweet pepper, cut in strips  
 1 cup Cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half 

 250 mL

 1 cup Snow peas   250 mL
 l/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped 

 50 mL

 1/2 cup  Honey roasted peanuts, chopped 125 mL 
 4 cups  Salad greens 1 L 

Mix together dressing ingredients.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss pasta with 1/2 the dressing and set aside. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil; add turkey and stir fry with garlic and ginger until turkey is almost cooked through (3-4 minutes). Add green and red pepper; stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes and snow peas; stir-fry 30 seconds. Add pasta and remaining dressing; stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until warmed through making sure that turkey is no longer pink inside. Toss with basil and peanuts and serve on a bed of salad greens.
