| Turkey Burgers with Old Fashioned Coleslaw |

| 1 Lb. | lean ground Turkey Breast | 500 g |
| 1 | small onion, finely chopped | 1 |
| 1 | clove garlic, minced | 1 |
| 2 | egg whites or 1 whole egg | 2 |
| 1 Cup | fresh whole wheat or white bread crumbs | 1 |

| 1/2 tsp | EACH pepper and ground cumin | 2 ml |

In a large fbowl, combine turkey, onion, garlic, egg whites, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, cumin and ketchup. Mix well and shape into 6 patties about 1/2 inch ( 1 cm) thick. Brush burgers all over with oyster sauce. Barbeque or broil utill cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Top each burger with large spoonfuls of coleslaw and seve on buns. Old Fashioned Coleslaw Combine 1 grated small cabbage, 1 grated carrot and 3 finely chopped green onions. In small saucepan, bring 1/3 cup / 76 ml cider vinegar, 2 tbsp / 25 ml granulated sugar and 2 tbsp / 25 ml vegetable oil (optional) to boil. Toss hot dressing with cabbage mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 4 cups / 1L. Preparation Time: 20
