BURGERS: In a large bowl, combine burger ingredients. Form into 6 burger patties. Broil or grill burgers 10-12 minutes on medium heat turning once until no longer pink inside. SALSA: In a small bowl, combine salsa ingredients. Place cooked burger patties on toasted buns or wrap in a warmed flour tortilla; top with corn salsa. Makes 6 servings |
