Honey Mustard Turkey Cutlet

 

 4 Turkey cutlets
 1/4 Cup flour 50 ml
 1/4 tbsp  pepper 1 ml
 1 tbsp margarine 15 ml
 3/4 Cup Turkey or chicken broth 175 ml
 1/4 cup Each Dijon mustard and honey 50 mL 
 1/2 tsp cornstarch 2 ml 

Combine flour and pepper on a plate. Coat cutlets in flour mixture. Saute cutlets in large fry pan in margarine for 4-6 minutes per side or until golden. To prepare sauce, mix broth, mustard, honey and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook uncovered for 5-7 minutes stirring well until mixture thickens. Pour over cutlets.
