| Honey Mustard Turkey Cutlet |

| 4 | Turkey cutlets | 4 |
| 1/4 Cup | flour | 50 ml |
| 1/4 tbsp | pepper | 1 ml |
| 1 tbsp | margarine | 15 ml |
| 3/4 Cup | Turkey or chicken broth | 175 ml |
| 1/4 cup | Each Dijon mustard and honey | 50 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | cornstarch | 2 ml |

Combine flour and pepper on a plate. Coat cutlets in flour mixture. Saute cutlets in large fry pan in margarine for 4-6 minutes per side or until golden. To prepare sauce, mix broth, mustard, honey and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook uncovered for 5-7 minutes stirring well until mixture thickens. Pour over cutlets. Makes 4 Servings |
